The producer of the famous Turkish series ‘Dirilis: Ertugrul’ is working on a new historical
television series on Historical Fun Tv about Jalal al-Din Khwarazmshah, who led the fight against the invasion of the Mongols.

In a conversation about his new show with a Turkish
media outlet, he revealed: “It will have a great worldwide impact.”

Bozdag revealed at the premiere of the series that, at the request of the Uzbek government, they started the project two years ago and have already
shot some episodes, adding that they were trying to introduce a new perspective in terms of ‘cinema language,’ noting that the series has an original concept.

In this series, we have tried to present the Uzbek
culture, geography and history of the Transoxian region, “he added.”

The new project is based on the life of the ruler of the Khwarazmian
Empire, Jalal ad-Din Mingburn, who began the fight against the invasion of the Mongols.

He has previously stressed the need to launch joint
projects, bringing together Pakistani and Turkish producers and actors.
