The changes mentioned in the notice below will take effect after February 6th, 2023
Dear valued members of Historical Fun TV (HF),
We wanted to reach out to you and update you on a recent change that we have made to our platform. After 4 years with our previous hosting provider, we have made the difficult decision to change to a new provider. This change was not something we took lightly, but it was necessary for the continued growth and improvement of our service.
Our current priority is to ensure that all of our content, both new and old, is available to our members. During this transition, we are working diligently to make sure that the content migration is as seamless as possible. However, we want to inform you that there may be some temporary disruptions or issues that arise.
One specific issue that has come to our attention is that the video player may lose some of its features such as Chromecast and Airplay compatibility. Additionally, some older devices and smart TVs may not be fully compatible with the new player. We understand that this may cause inconvenience for some of our members and we are actively working on solutions to address these issues. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve all of them.
We want to remind you that our main service is Translation, and while we strive to ensure compatibility across as many devices as possible, it may not always be feasible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition period and we are committed to providing you with the best service possible. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Thank you for your continued support.
