Choice #4 Calikusu: The show brings a new perspective to the classic Turkish book, Calikusu. Feride, the main character has been orphaned as a young girl and is forced to attend a boarding school while also visiting her aunt during breaks and holidays.

Choice #5 Kurt Seyit and Sura: The story of Kurt Sait Eminov, a lieutenant from the Crimea peninsula. Shora, the beautiful daughter of a noble Russian family, tells her story from her beautiful days in Petrograd, to the front line (Carpathian), from riots to revolution, from (Alushta) to occupied Istanbul, to (Pera) in 1920.

Choice #6 Kalbimin Sultanı (The Sultan of my Heart): Mahmud brings Anna to his palace to teach his children French. The Russian ambassador also sends Anna there under the pressure to 'spy on the sultan's country'.

Choice #7 Once Upon a Time in Cyprus: Season 2: The series takes place during the period of  Christmas and depicts attacks carried out on Turkish Cypriots. It focuses on the activities of the Greek Cypriot nationalist group EOKA-B. The series is based on the island-wide violence that led to the civil war between Turkish and Greek Cypriots that ended in 1974.

Choice #8 Magnificent Century: Kosem: Anastasia a young Greek woman in Ahmed I's harem takes on the name 'Kosem' (leader, pioneer). In a world of men, she rules of the Ottoman Empire through her sons and grandson.

Choice #9 Keklik - Kuslarla Yolculuk: A story of the dervishes symbolizing the 9 birds in Mantıku't-Tayr and the Sheikh, symbolizing the "Hüdhüd", evaluate their perspectives on life, their philosophy of life, their relations with the universe, nature, and people. In each episode of the series, the tests, thoughts, and attitudes of the dervishes themselves are conveyed to the audience, accompanied by the imagination, suggestion, and advice of the Sheikh.

Choice #10 Aşkın Yolculuğu Haji Bayram-ı Veli: The show is about a 14th-century Turkish Sufi living in Anatolia and tells his spiritual journey over the course of his lifetime.

Choice #11 Hz. Mevlana (To be aired soon): The series tells the life of Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi.Mevlana is a Sufi scholar who was born in Khorasan province in Afghanistan in 1207. Mevlana, who started to take lessons in philosophy and religion from his father at a young age, immigrated to Baghdad in 1214 and then to Konya Karaman in 1218. A madrasa was built in Konya by the Anatolian Seljuk Sultan Alaeddin Keykubat for his father Bahaeddin Veled. Comment below for any suggestions.
