You have full control over your membership and can update, cancel, or manage your billing details at any time directly from your account.

To Change Your Subscription Plan

You can switch to a different plan whenever you want. For example, you can upgrade to a Yearly plan to receive a discount and be charged less frequently.

2. In the “Change Your Plan” section, you will see the available plans.
3. Click the “Update” button next to the new plan you want.
4. The change will be processed, and any prorated charges or credits will be handled automatically.

To Cancel Your Subscription

If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

1. Go to My Account > Membership.
2. In the “Your Current Membership” box, click on “Cancel Subscription”.
3. A confirmation screen will appear. You must click “Yes, Cancel My Membership” to finalize the cancellation.
4. Your subscription will then be set to cancel at the end of your current paid period. You will not be charged again, and your access will continue until that expiry date.

To Update Your Payment Method

You can update your credit card or other payment details without interrupting your service.

1. Go to My Account > Membership.
2. Click the “Manage Billing” link in the “Your Current Membership” box.
3. This will take you to your secure billing portal where you can safely update your payment information.

Please Note: Our memberships are automated subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of their billing cycle (monthly, six-monthly, or yearly). You will be charged automatically using your stored payment method until you cancel.

We will send you a reminder email before each renewal. If you wish to stop the renewal, simply cancel your subscription anytime before the next payment date using the steps above.
